The tussle for who owns the content influencers create has become a big problem in the industry.
The answer to this question always lies in the contract you signed, which is always either a work-for-hire agreement or a licensing agreement.

Under a work-for-hire agreement, the brand or employer typically owns all rights to the work. This includes copyright and any associated intellectual property rights. In this scenario, the creator acts more as an employee or contractor, with the content considered a product of their work duties.

A licensing agreement In contrast is a licensing agreement that grants permission for the use of the content while allowing the creator to retain ownership. The brand or licensee pays for specific rights to use the content under agreed terms. These terms could include duration, territory, exclusivity, and other conditions as negotiated between the parties.
